Greetings All

This afternoon DG Ray held a cabinet conference call.  Those attending were DG Ray, VDG Hugh, CS Martin, CT Walter, IPDG Jim Wolfe, Ed Meager, Cal Bushek, Jerry Brown, Gary Konakis, Kay Parsons, Jeff Frost, Ron Benoit, Kathey Benoit, Linda Dovalis, Roy Madison along with PDG Bob Cole and PDG Audrey Williams. 

DG Ray first wanted all to know that the District Directorys have been mailed to all club presidents.  3 copies were mailed.  This is a living directory and changes must be made.  The manner in which this will be done is to notify me of any corrections needed and I will get them posted in the Mountain Lion so the Lion members in our district can update their individual directorys. Now with procedures in place for the completion of the directory each year, the directorys will only get better each successive year but we do need all your help and input. 

The main topic of discussion was that Yerington is not going to be able to handle the November Cabinet Meeting for Region II and thus the meeting had to be changed to an alternate location within the Region.  Fallon, with the support of Lions Bob and Barba Cole, have stepped up and solved our problem.   November 16, 17 and 18 will be the dates for the Cabinet Meeting and it will be held in Fallon.  Thanks Fallon Lions!  Registration forms should be up on the website shortly and the Fallon club is mailing copies to all club presidents.  As an FYI, Fallon was selected by DG Ray as the first alternate as it was the closest to Yerington.  Because Fallon was so quick to respond, DG Ray did not contact any other clubs.
